In every Sunday morning worship service we observe the Lord's Supper (sometimes called 'communion') which serves as a reminder of the covenant Jesus made with Christians. It includes passing a plate with unlevened bread (looks like a big cracker) and secondly a tray which contains little thimble size cups of grape juice. Christians will break off a small piece of the cracker which serves as a reminder of Jesus' body. The little cup of the juice is a reminder of Jesus' blood which He shed for the forgivness of sins. In addition to the Lord's Supper the same men who distribute the communion will also pass collection trays for members to give to the financial support of the work of the church. Guests are not asked and should not feel compelled to participate in this collection.

Also in every worship service we sing several songs together as a congregation. You'll notice we do so without the accompaniment of instruments. Song books are provided so everyone can see the words and notes; we also project the same on a screen. At several points during the worship service, one of our men will verbally lead us in prayer with the congregation silently following the prayer. Towards the end of our worship our Minister will present a short sermon from one of the books of the Bible. Our worship services tend to last approximately 50 minutes and Bible class about 50 minutes. We allow time between worship and Bible classes so that everyone can talk and find their way to class.

We try to do all we can to help you feel welcome and comfortable while we honor God in our worship. If we can serve you in anyway, or if you would like to send us comments about our worship services, please e-mail us at .
